Motocaddy offers a 24-month warranty on the trolley and charger, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.

However, it does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or commercial use, as detailed in the product manual.

Please note that Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty, which can be registered online via our Warranty Registration form.

Warranty Coverage and Eligibility

  • The standard warranty applies only to purchases made in the United States and to the use of the trolley, battery, and charger within the United States.
  • To address any issues within the warranty period, please contact your place of purchase or reach out to us directly at 800-668-2162. Prompt action will be taken to resolve your concern.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. Please retain this document for future reference.

Warranty Services

  • If a spare part is needed, we will send it via first-class post along with straightforward installation instructions.
  • Should the product require repair, we will collect, repair (if feasible), and return the item—or its replacement—at no cost to you. For faulty trolleys, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, the costs for courier services, administrative fees, parts, and labor will be your responsibility.
