You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items marked as final sale, personalized products, or gift cards are not eligible for return.
To start a return, please contact us at support@golfgearjunkies.com. We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
Note: Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@golfgearjunkies.com with photos of the damage.
